Current Fundraiser Mission: Secure a Lobbyist
The Alaska Dental Hygienists' Association (AKDHA) is committed to protecting the interests of licensed dental hygienists.  In 2025, several states battled legislation that would allow non-licensed employees to perform scaling, periodontal probing, and local anesthesia.  To help us navigate legislation like this, we need your input and financial support.  We want to represent your voice at the state and national level.  Your generous donation will be used to hire a professional lobbyist who can advocate on our behalf.  By securing expect representation, we stand a better chance at influencing policy decisions and driving meaningful change.  Your contribution is essential in helping us push our cause forward.
